During a sweaty training, a human body and a digital body come closer to each other. An avatar emerges and becomes independent. In an enclosed space of a Berlin fitness gym, a trainer, during her live cycling training, develops a digital copy of her in order to allocate it to Cyberobics - a commercial international fitness online community - for a commercial benefit.

ALL IN plays with different levels of reality and virtuality. The film traces the dream of infinite self-optimization and deals with the processes of transformation in a metaverse, the longing for immortality, parasocial communication and new forms of isolation.
