violinist & performer - classical music, pop music, stage musician (opera), new music

Binha performs as violinist in the fields of classical, contemporary, and pop music with various ensembles, bands, and orchestras in Germany. They have expertise in performative play within interdisciplinary projects and music theatre and performed e.g. as a stage musician (solo violin)  in Lehárs opera "Lustige Witwe" with Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin under the direction of Andrea Schwalbach. In pop music they played in bands together with musicians like Max Raabe, berq, Zartmann, Leoniden and rappers like Luvre47, kwam.e, and Megaloh. They also play regularly in orchestras such as Meininger Staatskapelle, Hofer Sinfoniker a.o., within that did classical recordings for Bayrischer Rundfunk, Deutschlandfunk Kultur a.o. and played in film music productions like Harry Potter in Concert aswell as in Star Wars in Concert. Being interested in new music/ experimental music Binha is a member of the "Contemporary Insights Ensemble" for contemporary music in Leipzig, performed at Darmstadt Summer Course 2012 (Ensemble Modern & Young German Philharmonic) and played and participated (international violin studio with Prof. Hae-Sun Kang) there again in 2023 ("CLEX" with Ernesto Molinari a.o.). 

Binha studied music (B.A. and Master of Music and Art Performance - major violin) at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with Prof. Sebastian Hamann. They got further impulses by violinists such as Prof. Hae-Sun Kang, Prof. Maria Egelhof, Béla Papp or Prof. Albrecht Breuninger a.o. They were a fixed member of "Bundesjugendorchester - National Youth Orchestra of Germany" and a regular subsitute in "Junge Deutsche Philharmonie".
